ASP Sql Server Category Management Tool

I need someone to create a category creation and management tool for a web site. The tool should be able to 1. Create a category 2. Apply a category to sub cagtegories 3. Allow a category to be applied to multiple sub categories 4. Return all relavent records from sp using the following inputs and outputs 4a intBeginCategory int INPUT (optional) 4b strBeginCategoryName varchar INPUT (optional) 4c intMaxLevel int INPUT (optional default all) 4d intCategoryId int OUTPUT 4e intCategoryParentId int OUTPUT 4f intLevel int OUTPUT 4g strCategoryName varchar OUTPUT The key here is that a single parent child relationship wont work since a sub category may be a parent category or belong to other multiple parent categories. As an example consider Freshwater Fishing Crankbait Topwater Crankbait Saltwater Fishing Crankbait Topwater Crankbait With a single table this is not possible since crankbait appears as a child to both freshwater fishing and salwater fishing.
