ASP.Net C# - .doc / .docx parse to richtextbox control

I require a .doc / .docx parser/reader that will work in ASP.Net / C#. I want to be able to have a user upload a file in .doc or .docx? format? (typically a CV / Resume) and display the contents in an ASP.Net RichTextbox control so I can save the rtf contents to the db. The requirements are : 1. To keep the formatting of the word document (As much as possible) 2. Not to use word Interop / Word Application. 3. Must be free to use in an application and not propriatory. 4. Must not load up word and cut and paste the information to the richtextbox control. I already can do this using the Microsoft Interop way.
