Add several features to my web-site

Hello everybody! I have a little php project where I need to add a set of small features. It's a online store, so I need to add/tweak the following: 1. I have a shopping cart that was created by one developer, but it works with postback. I need it get working with AJAX. 2. Login is on a different page - I would like to make something like floating login form. 3. Add several additional fields to registration form. 4. I have a news module that shows the entire news on my home page. I need that to show only some part of the news and then when a user clicks on it, it moves to the entire news block I am very limited in budget - I can pay only $34. Is there anyone who could do that with that budget?
