A simple custom PCB/circuit for a two-way radio project

Based on the description it seems you want to transmit/receive some data/audio over FM and then control something based on the data. This should be doable with the customizations you need. Also since you mentioned about the fitting of the board in the enclosure - do you need 3D CAD model for the PCB ? Even that can be done if required but will be outside the scope of this bid. Overall it will involve hardware/schematic design, circuit test/simulation and layout. Since it's important that you are able to have the working PCB at your end - I have suggested 10 days to account for some time required for debugging once you have the PCB.

Hi I do like your project! Please see my portfolio for related projects of RF devices that I have designed already. Just some questions. U don't clarify if U want just the design of it, or U want delivery of board(s) for it., and how many? My offer stands for design & delivery of production files plus one prototyoe for U'r testings. What frequency he TRx will be? About the voltage "reduction" circuit. What is the needed amperage (current draw) from the 7.5V output, that it will need to support? If this is for supplying the FM TRx during transmitting also, then please check what is the TRx consumption during Tx mode, to estimate it. Also will it be OK to have the antenna BNC placed at the pcb edge and use a BNC connector that could easily fit and tightened by it's own, at the enclosure? avoiding coaxial losses from placing it at the enclosure and wire it at the pcb, Another question. Is the FM TRx a ready made unit with enclosure, or it's a board module itself, that will be placed on top of the required pcb (kind like a piggyback)? Now a question for consideration. Would U prefer - consider - to design for you a complete TRx EMBEDDED on the required now PCB, with a little more designing cost? That will offer a total solution, with no extra wirings, etc. fitted at U'r box & probably much cheaper, if you 're going to run even a small (30+ pcs) or production If you do like that option please contact me to give you an offer for it. I can design PCB and give output files for manufacturing

I am an amateur radio operator (extra class) and a computer engineering student, so I understand quite well the electronics and motivation behind this. I am quite familiar with transceivers and devices that interface with them. This would be a rather small and simple board, judging from the details given thus far. What exactly is the purpose of the board, though? What functionality are you looking for? When you say switching, what is being switched by the transistors? Thank you very much.
