Hello We are currently looking for a app developer to develop a maintenance application for our business. The app will be installed on iPads or iPhones. We are property rental agent and to help deal with maintenance issues more efficiently we see an app as the ideal solution. The user will open the app and will be asked a series of questions to narrow down the maintenance issue. once the issue has been identified, they will then need to fill in a form about the address of the property, their email address and phone number etc and will also be promoted to take pictures of the issue on the device. Once complete, we will be notified by email so we can respond accordingly. The tenants who reported the maintenance issue will receive a confirmation email to say "we have received the issue and it is now being dealt with" Based on the severity as identified by the initial questions, they will also be given a time frame for the issue to be remedied. so 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours etc. The tenant can then open the app to view the ticket raised so they can get up to date information from ourselves as to how things are progressing.
