We have a VB6 application that interacts with a C# (.NET) DLL to perform Active Directory authentication. The code works fine from the server and on the client when logged in as an Administrator. However, when logged in as a limited rights user, we get "The server is not operational". We need someone who is avalable on MSN/Skype to get the project fully working and fix all/any problems.
