A project in the middle

I have a few projects on which my in-house team was working and we have already completed them from 50% - 80% successfully, which includes the database and all basics as well. so the remaining work is only developing the remaining features. Now, the team is overloaded with more than couple projects, so I need to outsource a few of them. I will send the details to the selected providers. Please offer your candidature for picking the projects from here and complete it in tight deadlines. For payments, no upfront to be provided.. you need to work on my server where the team started the work, but i will be prompt in payments as soon as the developments are in time and are approved by the client, I will happy to pay for the phase. These projects are going to be in the range if $250-$750.. different projects different quotes, so there is really no use that I pick a budget but for your idea, I am picking a reasonable budget.
