c# .net small project

hello i already have a small project i have a db in mysql for windows, and using the mysql workbench i have created the db and tables. i also have created one form with one chart using the built in object of visual studio 2012 whaat i want is someone to create another 4+1 forms, here is what will they be having: 1) adevents per period, user will select dates -> this already exists 2) advertisers per city, when i click on an advertiser full info of the advertiser will be shown 3) events that cost more than: , here the user will insert a value and the events that cost more than the value the user have added will be shown 4) events per type. here all events types will be shown and when the user selects a type, the available adevents will be shown. when the user selects an adevent full info will be shown at the end, i want a main form, when the above 4 button will be shown so when the user clicks on them the appropriate form opens i will send you the mysql db with data, and you will be finishing the above task for me. for a good c# developer this is something very easy and fast.
