I have about ninety aspx files that are poorly documented within the code. I am looking for a talented coder and technical writer to properly remark all code withing the aspx file, and then prepare a brief one page (no more than 1 to 3 paragraphs)technical summary for each file to provide an overview on what process each file performs and how it may be dependant on other files. Code remarking and techical summary needs to be written in perfect US english. Milestone payments made after delivery of 1/3 competion and delivery, 2/3 completion & final delivery.
