Do you want this Filemaker solution on network ? 02. Do you have Mailware Server ? or just a client application ? 03. What version of filemaker pro are you planing to use ? 12 or 11 ? Does all your software run within a browser or is some of it desktop based? Have read your document, and feel there is nothing too difficult involved, there just appears to be several phases to be completed. Get back to me if you would like me to do this for you. I've understood the requirements though there has been some gaps in my understanding. Components here to deal with are- 1. Marketplace(Amazon, Ebay, Rakuten etc.)[As third-party software component is there, it need not be directly handled.] 2. MailWare to connect with the Marketplace as a bidirectional communication mechanism that will provide following facilities- a) Order Details Information b) Inventory Item Update at the Marketplace 3. Own System containing- a) Inventory Management System[ i) Inventory=Own Inventory+Drop Shipping provider Inventory. ii) Placed Order At MarketPlace(A)=Previous Inventory Count(A)-1=Previous Inventory Count(B). it means- Order Processing at a marketplace does not impact another marketplace, it affects only the order processing marketplace. iii) Status Update of Order Confirmation From Drop Shipping Company=> Inventory Management System Status Update for Customer PO/Invoice. Data here needs to be handled. Need to handle different channels(email/excel) and data format(tabular/unstructured). iv) Status Update to Marketplace using MailWare] b) Order Management System[ a) Order Creation/Checking. Most of the data can be generated for Manual Inspection. b) Shipping Information Generation and Forwarding. A PO will be generated against every shipping. c) Getting Invoice from Shipping and{ don't know where it updates Invoice Management System} d) Status Checking from Shipping Company's excel/webpage.] e) PO/Invoice must be reconciled
