A static library using OpenCV

I need a simple static library using OpenCV 3.0B framework. - A function starting preview from camera with OpenCV - A call back function transforming each frame ( Applying Canny az an example) during preview. - One button on preview screen for capturing photo (max res 8mp) during preview. - Saving photo with some parameters such as path, JPEG quality, PNG options v.s. - Integration of Zbar or zxing Barcode reading library to the project. Should read barcodes from the captured high res image. - Integration of Tesseract OCR to the project. Should read text from the captured high res image. The project will be a base ios platform of my existing Android solution.
