Default video player

I need an iPad app. It has a navigation bar at the top and below that there should be a video including controls. This should be the standard iOS video controls. When I press the full screen button it should go full screen and when I press the Picture-in-Picture button it goes pip. So just the standard default video player. Both portrait and landscape orientations. I'm going for the lowest offer since this is so simple, there is hardly anything you can do wrong.
