I need very simple cordova application that does the following: - Get user name and Form number from text box (entered by the user manually). This is sent to the server that sends back a response. (currently just display it). - once the user press "scan" it scans barcode. - it send the scanning result to a server. - the server sends back a response. (display the response) I wil do the rest.
