create a monster iphone game

I’m wanting to create a game in which you can create a monster, then fight it against other monsters. What I need: 1. To be able to scroll though body parts, then drag and drop then onto monster make area. 2. I want the body parts to be layered (eyes before heads before body etc), if that's possible? 3. Want to be able to select different fighting abilities for monster (health, damage, armour and attack). Computer will fight them automatically based on these attributes. 4. Be able to fight 25 pre saved monsters on your iphone/ipod. 5. Will need to be able to upload your monsters for others to download. 6. Be able to fight freinds monster via WiFi. 7. I will also need help getting it on itunes. Attached are some screen shots.
