Cross platform mobile application (Android, IOS, windows)

The app is a mobile version from an existing online platform. The design of the app is already done, almost all screens and design elements are build in HTML/Jquery. (start screens) The app need to be multi platform (Android, IOS and windows) and need to display correct on Mobile phone and tablets. The app is multi language. It's also important that later we can add more languages. For a more detailed explanation please look into the attached document. When bidding please give us some references of apps you build before.
