Convert Windows Mobile to Android

Today we have a windows mobile solution for taxi. We want to convert this solution to an Android application. The application will send in gps positions by xml to a server at regular intervals. The application will also receive xml messages from a server with drive orders and other commands. When the Android application has got an order shall a receipt message go back to the server. All the messages will communicate in XML with tcp sockets. The xml commands from the server also controls the appearance of the mobile screen. For example the font size and colors. We also want to integrate the Sygic navigator in the mobile application.
