Bypass iCloud Activation Lock

Hi, I need a way to bypass the iCloud Lock The Bypass must do a couple of things: 1) Allow the phone to function normally...Like making calls and it must be able to be registered with a new find my iPhone account. 2) I need the program to be a permeant solution. (i.e. be able to restore the phone and have it not revert to its old locked state) 3) you MUST have experience doing this or be confident in your ability to get it done in a timely manner 4) works remotely if could or thror imie pm me if you can do this
