Buying IOS Apps with Source Code 3

This is the third time i am posting this type of project on freelance. My last 2 project post helped me to get lot of nice IOS apps. Please don't be shy. Contact me if you have nice project on IOS. With the applications I purchase, I will plan on requesting enhancements in future and increasing the amount I am willing to pay for further development, however honesty and integrity will be required and as I am starting out with a relatively small investment, yet the amount of time I am personally willing to commit to a project(s) is high and would like to make a reasonable income in future, with enough to pay a developer handsomely based on positive feedback in the app store. Some apps of this nature (but not limited to) are of interest : Utility apps Calender apps Time Management Cocos2D Game Web services based apps Chating apps Social media apps Gay dating apps like grindr and scruff (with geolocation services) SMS time management apps (such as customizable alarm timers with customizable tones), with an ability to queue a text in the future Text shortcut application (using custom keywords which populate pre-written text to SMS, Notes or E-mail Enhanced Live Wallpapers I am experienced in the IT industry and would prefer to work for myself due to the current economic environment. I am looking to review some IOS apps with source code that can be monetized and enhanced further with some dedicated efforts of my own to market and customize them.
