Hi, I have a good experience in developing iOS applications. But the thing is like, your app may be simple but the apple submission process is really a tough job to implement. Recently our team worked on an app "MRC PVF Mobile Handbook" which was uploaded to appstore, and even I am having the detailed documentation for the entire process. Description is clear, application understood. I've done similar and more complicated things for iPhone and iPad, for example showing a webpage with clear background over OpenGL surface and handling/redirecting events. My implementation would lookup the URL in some configuration file (maybe plist file) and load the web page. I would also provide the option to display images while the page is loading. I've done some work on the Android but don't have any experience with this particular issue. A quick look at the docs gives me a not-very-hard impression.
