Augmented Reality Browser like Layar or Wikitude

We looking for a team of programmers who can create an app like Layar or Wikitude. An Augmented Reality Browser together with its dashboard system online set up in a domain (we will provide the domain). * The real app must be set up to run and ready to work once the project is finished* Please check on what features Layar's Dashboard is giving out. (AR Video, Links to Website, shopping, picture, youtube, google maps, and a call / sms function). 1. We are concerned of its accuracy of the objects recognition and the dashboard system to add in AR videos, links and etc to its print database. 2. We would like to know what SDK you are using in building this system and if it is possible to follow up with upgrade easily in future. 3. Must be able to play AR video, 3D objects ( must set up the creator/editor/dashboard in the admin page of our website). 4. Website design will follow your requirement and we can discuss on how to cooperate from here on. 5. Willing to provide updates on the progress from time to time 6. Able to work in short period of time. 7. App must be able to work on iOS 5.0 and above + Android 2.3.3 and above (fit most different screens devices) 8. Only Augmented Reality Experienced freelancers. 9. Possible to make a mock app for us to do our local sales during your progress. (perhaps a very basic AR video for us to showcase to our clients). IF yes how much for a possible offline mock up on hand before the completion of the real app. Please showcase your past augmented reality apps and projects like Layar / Wikitude experience a plus! We urgently need this app up and running, an offline mock up with AR function is a PLUS for us to go meet clients!
