Android & Iphone app to check price

I am looking for a freelancer that can program an android and an iphone app. New developers are welcome to bid on this project! About the app.: - At the front screen of the app, there will be a list of prices within a range of X kilometers that can be adjusted by the user. - There shall be a function so the user can pick an item and adjust the price. - The app should locate prices by either GPS or mobile network. - The prices and items will have to be stored in a MySql database.
