Andorid and IOS App for Parents of Child Care

Hi, I own a Child Care and I need a simple Mobile App with my Logo for Android and Iphone (Ipad) so Parents can view their Child's information. They need to be able to view their Child's info as "Read Only". They also need to be able to Send and Receive messages from the Child Care Teacher. They also need to be able to pay their Child's Weekly Tuition (Paypal will be fine). I already have a CentOS Server and has XML and JSON installed. But Developer will need to set it up to work with the new Mobile Apps. I already have Administration with MySQL databases on the Server. Thank you, Henry
