Add Search and Alphabet Scrolling to UITableView in iPhone App

We currently have an iPhone application with a UITableView that lists a bunch of company names? that we need to add a search bar and the Alphabet jumping list down the right side of the screen. Basically we'd like it to work exactly like the contacts listing on the iphone itself. The UITableView pulls from a sqlite database and is already setup to show all items in the table. We are currently using the latest released version of XCode so the updates should work on that version of Xcode and all iOS phones version 3.0 and up.
