Automatice Phone activity recorder

I need an background service for Samsung GT S5222 Phone. What this service will do: 1). Record all Phone calls (Dialed, received and missed calls ). 2). Stores all incoming and outgoing messages with their sender and receivers. 3). All activities on the phone. 4). Create log file common for all mentioned above(1-3). 5). store all these files on a PC. NOTE: NO GUI******
