Cross device side-scrolling beat em up (unity3d or alternative)

We're looking for a skilled, reliable programmer to develop a prototype game already designed and partially developed. The freelancer will work closely with our Technical Director, under supervision of our Game Director. The game is a 2.5D hand-drawn side-scrolling beat em up made in Unity3D, similar to Cadillac and Dinosaurs, Double Dragon etc. Because of its prototype nature, it's much shorter than those arcade games, with less contents. It has to be compatible with IOS and Android, possibly windows phone. Unity version 3.5 for older android arm processors. The required milestones of this project are the following: 1) finite state machine (we prefer Playmaker extension), states management (walk, punch, combo, hit) 2) collisions and trigger of : graphic animations, game movements of player, enemies and objects, data update (health, damage, alive, dead, statistics) 3) Enemies AI. including Bosses. 4) Level loading and composition. The game has just 1 level, but it can be composed of various pieces of backgrounds and object reading from a text document (xml, json or whatever, it will just contain a string where every character represent a piece). The player will be able to control the Hero in the usual way of this genre: move in every direction, jump, punch, kick, combos, pick up items and use weapons and special powers. The freelancer will provide us regular updates and will upload the source code on our ftp. It is NOT required to do everything by hand, the programmer should use and suggest whatever script/extensions/plug-ins is better to shorten the development times. Art, sounds, and game design will be provided. NDA is required. This is the first of other similar project, the chosen freelancer will be our priority on the development of the next steps.
