cabs management system

my project will have 4 users , the customer,cashier,driver and the [login to view URL] i will want the project to have a customer interface that will allow a user to booking online on the website,then after the has done successful the customer will be messaged to tell her/him to be ready if the cab is available then if the cab are unavailable the customer will be also messaged to let her/him to wait for certain time for the cab to be available. then after the message be sent to customer to tell her/him the available cab, the message will be also sent to the driver to to let her/him all the details of the customer who booked him/[login to view URL] during booking the customer will have option to select the payment he/she will be using whether by card or cash then if she/he will being paying using the cash the cashier will be messaged by the system showing him/her that customer is paying by cash.
