App name (Working Name): Bright Dark Bright Dark General Description Bright Dark (The app name) aims to reduce electricity consumption. Users will read a comic book that has several tips about reducing electricity consumption. Users have different motivations (cost concerns or environmental concerns) to reduce electricity usage. Therefore, I designed two comic books one for each group of users. The app needs to find out each user motivations before lead them to the suitable comic book. The app will have a pre-survey to find the user motivation. Then, the app will lead users to explore the right comic book. Finally, the app should have a post-survey to collect the user feedback. Application Components Pre-survey The pre-survey should appear once. After completing the pre-survey, users do not need to redo it. the goal of the survey to find out the users motivation. Pre-survey questions: (Dropdown list) Gender: (mandatory) Male Female Ethnicity: (Mandatory) Choose your main motivator for you to reduce your electricity consumption rate: (Cost concerns), or (environmental concerns) After completing the pre-survey, the app should lead the user to explore the right comic book Comic book. Here users will read one of the comic book. I have all the comic book frames. It is 25 frames. Users should be able to navigate the book probably. They should have the option to go backward and forward. One of the example that I saw is this picture. Because mobile screen is small, each frame should be in one screen. After completing the comic book, users should do to the post-survey.
