The project consist in -Building an Android App with a very simple interface with an On and Off button -When the button is set to On it has to block access to internet of another specific App installed in the device. This means that when you open this other app it cannot receive more information. -This service (if possible) should be setup so the internet access is blocked even if you close our App I would only consider developpers that include a costing estimate and a high level view on how to do it.
