We have developed our own system (web server + website) that offers personal video & picture gallery. We are looking to develop personal use android app (the app wont be available on Google play) which enable to take picture & upload it to our server. Key points - make connection to our server using web API - settings page ( user account , general ,statistic , info etc....) - Take photo/video / select from gallery - upload pictures/video to server - offline/online Kindly state a short description on how can this be done Just pre-note here, we're particularly serious on time frame, and are looking for long term working relationship, as i am sure we need the same developer to upgrade in future, hence let me know your best budget and time frame for this project to be complete. Hello, I have experience in developing android applications. I have recently completed a social media application which you can find over Google Play Store. The name is My Martial Smarts. Client's name is Jeremy under whose name the app is uploaded. I have worked with connecting app with the back end using API calls, implemented Volley for network calls, set up server side configuration to support large size file uploads and maintained the database over mysql. The same would go for your work requirement. For capturing media files over different android devices would be a little tricky but rest assured I have implemented and have experience with it.
