Android Video live wallpaper

Android live wallpaper playing mp4 video from raw resource file, resized to device screen Could be done: 1) Utilizing already decoded mp4 files to images by frames or 2) Decoding mp4 files on the fly and rendering them on Surface. ( probably NDK coding will be required) Resulting wallpaper should be 100% accurate and clear, act like real video without any delays no matter what method is used. Deliverables: Live wallpaper playing embedded sample mp4 video Source Code Instructions to build under Ubuntu and Eclipse No copy-paste or existing code reuse. Must be developed from scratch. Success candidate might have more work and projects.
