Android Stock Chart Application / App

Hello, I need an app created that pertains to the US Stock markets. Source data for this will come from Yahoo or google. I have some crude drawings that roughly represent the user-interface I am looking for, and several examples from related applications demonstrating certain aspects of the functionality and user-interface desired. The emphasis will be on the user’s ability to customize, especially the stock charting aspects. Customization will be limited to relatively simple things, such as the type of chart, what information is shown on the chart, the colors involved, etc. Space will need to be allocated for advertising. I have a very clear idea of what I want it to be able to do and how I want it to look, will send drawings along with details upon our agreeing to do business. Simplicity with customizability will be the key. How long would this take and what would it cost me? Thanks,
