Android Chat App

Hey .. I am looking for developer who will create android application (clone for existing app on Android market with small changes) the application on marked called "SayHi" .. I want to have a clone of this application in Arabic (right to left text) and i will translate it for you. The application has many options: 1- Girls chatting guys ... and guys with girls 2- find nearby friends for you by GPS with google maps 3- Ability to add friends to hotlist 4- Ability to block users 5- Ability to send gifts (point is required to pay for gifts) 6- 10 points bonus every day, for the user when he/she opens the app. 7- if the user is received more than 4 messages in 10 minutes from different people, the user will be popular and any user want to chat with this popular user should pay 10 points 8- Ability to purchase points Please check the application "SayHi" to understand the general idea. the only change: i want this application to use mysql to connect it with existing app on facebook. I don't want want to connect it now with facebook . just asking you to use mysql to be easy in future to connect it. Regards
