Helping to complete a series of mobile apps for teachers

I have almost completed the first in a series of apps designed to help teachers. I am looking for someone to help me polish the final product and to speed up production of subsequent applications. Experience of Windev 21, getting app's through to the app stores and the structuring of paid add-ons and subscriptions would be required. I have a budget of £500 per mont hEssentially I have done the programming myself and so I am looking for help to supplement what I am doing and speed development. The money will have stretch as far as the freelancers hourly rate will go. I am just hoping to have a positive effect on my progress. The project is written in windev v21
