I would like you to create a black and white map of the 28 districts in Singapore. It needs to be in a format where, using MS Powerpoint, I can edit the colours of the various districts (i.e. like clipart) - I believe an .emf file is what I am looking for.
Should this work for Singapore, we would also like to explore more countries (though this would be a separate project).
