Access Programming

Attached please find an excel file and a word file. Within excel file is a worksheet for Employee Information and another worksheet with Employee Responsibilities Information. The word file is a Job Responsibility template that I would like to have automatically populated from the Employee Information and Employee Responsabilities information . Within the Employee Responsibilities Information worksheet are four separate categories of how I am breaking down Job Descriptions: Responsibilities (short paragraphs about job responsibilities), Policies/Procedures (this will be a list of Policies of which have separate attachments which I would like to be added the word template. Tips/Advice (short paragraphs about job tips/advice) and Job Performance ((short paragraphs about how job performance will be graded) Responsibilities will be listed according to priority and will populate to the word template accordingly. The only issue I can see is that for people who have multiple job titles, there could be duplicate job responsibilities. Im sure there would be a way to work around this.
