Customized Metatrader Forex Robot using Renko Charts

I need a robot that can work on Renko charts, with the following criteria: 1. It follows a 10 period SMA 2. Go long when the first green Renko brick fully crossed over the SMA opens, and close when first red Renko brick is fully formed 3. Sell when the first red Renko brick fully crossed under the SMA opens, and close when first green Renko brick is fully formed 4. A new order opens only when 2. or 3. appears 5. I can adjust the risk in % of the account balance 6. I can adjust lot sizes 7. I can adjust the number of trades it can run at a time I don't know if I want to be able to adjust stop loss and take profit levels yet, is it something I can add later if I want to?
