I have completed 3 projects in MATLAB 1. User Interface based Civil project where they gave few formulas and few .csv files as input and then process them. Graph plotting, etc. 2. One was on image processing - DCT of image 3. Calculator application -UI based. I think this is what I have and all the basic knowledge of MATLAB to complete your project.
