Hi there, I'm after a hard-working man or woman who will be able to write beautifully captivating descriptions for properties that I list for sale in Auckland, New Zealand. Must be able to show previous work and write to a very high standard, must be very creative and engaging as we use the content that you write to advertise the properties online and attracting potential open home viewers to the homes. There will be constant ongoing work depending on the number of listings that we get so you'll constantly have work. Also have a look at the attached document as I am looking for writing like that. Hello, Here is a link to a website I am helping build for an independent broker in Switzerland. The website and most of the promotional text is still in the works, but the PDF brochues you can find next to some of the properties for sale have been written by me. As well, I am working on the promotional text to be put in the website, its current form being unsatisfying to Ms Sklar, my employer. I have as well been hired in the past to write the occasional promotional plaquette, in French and in English, for SPG Finest Properties, a Swiss affiliate of Christie's. As such, I have experience and enjoy writing these texts, which, as you mentioned, do not take much time at all to put together.
