Create promotional videos for marketing to new clients

We require 3 short videos to be made for marketing to new clients. These will be constructed from photos, drawings & text, with voice over and background music. Each clip will be between 30 seconds to 1 minute long, and some of the content will be shared between them. We will provide the photos etc, along with an outline of what we expect the finished video to look like. Some layout of text and placement of logos will be required, so the successful freelancer will need to have some marketing flair and be able to maintain a similar "feel" to our existing marketing material. Our target audience is within New Zealand, so the voice overs need to be in a New Zealand accent. If this is not possible, we may be able to get our own staff to provide the voice over for incorporation into the video, however would much prefer if it was done by someone outside the company.
