Hello! I am looking for a VA to assist me in making offers, evaluating properties, marketing the properties for sale. I am looking for some with experience in assisting other Real Estate investors that is willing to learn and apply them selves. This can be a long term relation ship depending on results. I am located in the South Florida Market and are going to require you to get familiar with the tools we use here locally. You will need to get familiar and learn everything, before we start aggressively making offers and marketing the properties. Please tell me about your experience and why I should hire you? I am willing to pay you $3 per hour plus $300 for every successfully closed deal. My goal is to start closing a minimum of one deal per week. We can talk about hire pay after proven results.
