Design Logos for Un-hitched and Modern Family

I am needing two separate logos for my businesses. [login to view URL] is a website dedicated to providing advice/articles/vlogs for people going through a divorce. Un-hitched is going to be a fun, laid back community with a modern and raw vibe. Modern Family Resolution Resource Group LLC is my Mediation Company that assists people in resolving conflicts as well as pre-mediation consulting and negotiation coaching. It is a more formal business model and many of my clients are from the field of Law. I want both of the logos to have modern colors and unique logo designs. I'm open minded so please let your creative juices flow! :) I just want them to catch peoples eye and draw them in. I will need to own all the rights to the designs and need them to be in formats that support print, web, etc
