Greetings: Thank you for the opportunity to submit my proposal for your project , "Billy Bubbles Laundromat." In reviewing your project description, I am certain that I have all the necessary skills to create a character and logo for you. I have taken 3 years of college, one of Art Fundamentals, and 2 of Animation and Graphics, and I have lots of experience in cartoon and realistic drawing. I also have experience illustrating children's books. If you would like to see some examples of my work, see my online blog at http://evil-onion.blogspot.com. If selected for the project, I would like to begin with a detailed description of the project from you and any ideas you may have for your logo, and then I can do as many sketches (and revisions) as needed to get the design right.
