Crunch a handshake on 23 digits.

I can do a robot which will try to apply values from "00000000000000000000" to "99999999999999999999" but this is TOOOO much combinations :) Just as example, I have 40Mbps connection, let's say we can communicate on 10Mbs, than 20 bytes to go out and something to confirm is it correct or not, let's say 10 bytes back. So 30 bytes, at the speed of 10Mbs it will take... 30*100000000000000000000/100000000/8/3600/24/365 = 1189117 years, Are you ready to wait? :))) Or you will need a botnet to do this, but is this server ready for such amount of interactions? Not sure it is possible to do in reasonable time limit.
