I need to create a Media CDN combining some servers to stream video contents at the best speed. i Have possibility to combine small servers with 16 Gb of ram and 250 Mbit of speed. i Wanna a solution that can scale adding more of this cheap servers. Need a brillant solution to be able to streams video content at the best speed and give my users good experience. i will appreciate from the candidate to know how he intends to accomplish the task. And what he can do or what he suggest me to do. Thanks
