App For I phone And Android Devices

Hello and thanks for checking out my project. SUMMARY I need 2 apps to complement my website [login to view URL] - One for iPhone and one For Android Mobile Phone. MyClubchat is a chat site designed for nightclubs where members are charged credits for posting a message. WHAT I WILL PROVIDE *I already have the website working on mobiles so yes - both apps need to be natively designed using iOS & Java - complete with test data so you can test that out if you like. *There is an exisitng MySQL database that your apps can plug into so I can provide you with access. *I have retained the original Photoshop artwork from the website so if you need to utilize that to come up with screens, please let me know. *Prompt payment when the apps are finished WHAT DO I NEED FROM THE FREELANCER *Experience & advice with getting apps through the approval process for both Google Play & the Apple App Store *Minimal micro-management (can code from the documentation correctly with minimal supervision) *To ask the correct questions when required so we do not have to revise or go back and fix sections that were not coded to specification *Clean & efficient code that does not unnecessarily use up the mobiles resources e.g. battery, CPU or storage *Good communication - as soon as a section is finished, please message me ABOUT THE APP 15 screens in all are required and here is a summary of the functionality required -Register details & profile picture to database -Login -Display club logo, operating times -Submit a message -Deduct credits from members profile -Report a members message -Customise a club's screen -Edit a member's profile -Manage a member's friends list (add, remove, search) -Contact form HOW WILL I CHOOSE THE WINNING BIDDER My freelancer will be chosen on a combination of good feedback from previous employers, competitive bid price & low milestone.
