Neuvoo is a fast-growing job search engine available in more than 60 countries. We help jobseekers search for jobs throughout the World. We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our operations department to support our opening and the Netherlands and Belgium. The ideal candidate must be available full time, have strong analytical abilities and a good feel for consumer web services. Because the role touches many parts of the company, the candidate needs to be versatile and a good communicator. We're looking for self-starters who thrive in a fun, but results-oriented work environment, are passionate about delivering measurable results, and enjoy working in a growing startup with an international atmosphere. This is a long term position. Responsibilities: • Link building management: manage a team of Dutch speaking link builders (contacting universities, career centers, etc.) to provide a link to our Dutch and Belgium websites • Traffic generation: contact relevant websites (blogs, news websites, job boards, etc.) to promote our Publisher Program • Traffic sales: sell our our Pay Per Click advertising products to local job boards in the Dutch speaking markets • Quality assurance and localization: help us localize, translate, and ensure the websites meet our quality standards • Support our SEO strategy • Use our proprietary SaaS technology to analyze data and monitor site performance Requirements: • Recent graduate ready to work independently, but also as a part of a team • No previous experience required • Native Dutch speaker, excellent skills in English • Strong organizational skills • Dynamic and enthusiastic, with a hands-on attitude • Strong interest in consumer web services • Great communication skills to evangelize both technical and non-technical audiences • A passport full of stamps! The position to work in the operations department is an opportunity to implement activities in The Netherlands and it Belgium, in an exciting and evolving environment.

Dear sir/madam, I saw that you are looking for country managers (NL and BE) for the online marketing of your online job search engine. I have finished a traineeship in online marketing almost a year ago. In this traineeship, we focussed SEO and link building, but also on social media and copywriting. My studies were in editing and media production in Amsterdam (I am a Dutch native) and I work as a writer, proofreader, translator and language teacher. I always pay very close attention to details and for me the most important aspect of any business is a good usability. Besides that, I have worked in Quality Assurance for a big American website that offers daily deals. All of these qualities, I believe, I can use in this job. However, I do not have any experience in selling advertisements, but trust that your company will provide me with the right instructions. What else you should know about me: I speak and write Dutch and English perfectly and have recently passed my A2 exam of Spanish (which is something like the second of 6 levels in total, the 6th being highly advanced - I believe this works differently on the other side of the pond). I am not a recent graduate, but don't think that this is a big problem. 40 hours p/w is fine for me, however I do prefer to work parttime if this is a possibility.
