Create hooks for a Windows app

I need someone to create hooks for a Windows application, by the following details: Step 1: - Creating hooks for the designated app's actions -opening of app -closing of app -activating the app -deactivating the app -losing focus -gaining focus -mouse coordinates (when the mouse is hovering over a particular location of the app such as its Title bar etc.) -window coordinates (when the designated app window's location is, for example, (0,0) ) - For each hook, a msgbox box should appear with a different msg for different hooks. - To implement this, when a particular file is opened, the program to open the file should be intercepted by our app. - Repeat above implementions in 8 ways: (1) For any window that opens on the screen (2) For particuar apps only such as paint brush, or calculator. (3) For all explorer windows which are opened to view folders. (4) For the explorer window of a particular folder only such as Documents folder. (5) For any apps which pop up to open any files. (6) For any apps which pop up to open particular files with a particular extension, such as .txt only. (7) For any apps which pop up to open a particular file in particular location only, such as a test file named [login to view URL] in a Documents folder. (8) For all apps or explorer windows that open when any file/folder in a particular location are opened. This is the first step of a larger project, whose entire description I have attached. You would be hired to implement just this particular step, and will be paid right away after the completion and testing of the work. If you are successful, you might be hired for the rest of the project. This project is for a trusted client. No milestones or upfront payments will be created until the project is completed, and tested by the client, and until the client is happy. Whoever bids $150 or less will be hired immediately.
