Description i need fully functional SIP Mobile Dialer for Android OS support Mobile for codec G729 and G723.1. Nice smooth interface, iphone like. should be able to dial from phone contacts, show balance of customer. Primary codec will be G729 but it can be used G723.1 codec if bandwidth is not enough i.e. codec selection will be automatic based on the voice quality. VPN solution need to be integrated so that it will work with voipswitch. Thrid party VPN software will not be used. It works like the Vippie dialer but should support the G723.1 codec. It should work in VOIP block country. Need a SIP expert, with Android and programming knowledge. the project will be evaluated based on: 1. Quality. 2. Support. 2. Price. 3. Time. The delivery of the project should include source code. The project will have support for bugs fixing. The project winner is the one that can provide the 4 items above. Thank you for your time.
