Create Teltonica FM1100 DCS with functions integration to Open GTS

Please check the point to be clear before BID, 1) Teltonica FM1100 DCS create & integration with open GTS with all required status codes and associating with reports. 2) Integrate RFID card function/ibutton(driver autherization) and obtain OBD/CanBUS data and reports. 3) Fuel monitoring using guage voltage,and graph along with report. 4) Trip level report and pre assigned trip deviation report.
