add some few features to open source java software

I would like too add some extra futures to open source java software ( angry ip scanner ) 3.0-beta6 32-bit Executable for Windows ( [login to view URL] ) i like too add this features 1) be able to load ip range list from a text file to scan them example: 10.0.0.1-[login to view URL] 192.0.0.0-[login to view URL] the ip range list must not be loaded on the memory (ram) since it do java memory heap error for big ip range list. 2) also i need to add checkpoint option to the software every 5 mins the software have to automatically save the results and make a checkpoint file in this file he records the last ip scanned so if i run the progarm again and load the ip range list i will have an message to tell me if i want to begin from the start of the ip range list or continue from the last checkpoint. this option is useful in case the power cuts or pc or connection hangs so i do not have to start all over again
